Did you know that some birds have combs on their feet?

Join board member Laura M. while she provides a lesson on Bird Adaptations at Boyd Hill Nature Preserve. Although this lesson is best suited for students in grades 3-6, all are welcome! We will look at various bird beaks, feet, feathers, and more while learning how these adaptations help birds survive.

This is a hands-on and active lesson that will include an art component and an aviary walk.
